CHECK IN FOR BEGINNING GUITAR!

Use this online form to check in for your Beginning Guitar class. You must FIRST register with MIPS, and request this course with your mentor, after doing that please complete and submit this form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your School of Music Registration.
